Beth is a Vinyasa Flow teacher with over 200 hours of training. She teaches a style which engages the mind and opens the body; empowering her students to find a greater connection from within.
In a world that is so fast-paced, Beth began practising yoga as a means of escapism. As someone who previously abandoned her body, the practice of yoga has enabled her to come home to herself during her recovery from an eating disorder. She is passionate about using yoga as a tool to help others find greater harmony and inner peace.
